About this Performance

WNYC’s Terrestrials is a nature podcast for kids and families that uncovers the surprising, strange, and wonderful stories right here on Earth.

At this special outdoor taping and performance, the Terrestrials team will explore the unexpected origins of one of New York City’s most iconic foods: PIZZA. Expect immersive stories, expert guests, badgering questions from the audience, and the live debut of an all-new original song—recorded with your voices!

Hosted by Radiolab’s Lulu Miller, with musical mischief from Alan Goffinski (“Songbud”) and storytelling brilliance from producer Ana Gonzalez (“Producerbud”), featuring tap dancer John Manzari.
