Known for his electrifying performances and fearless self-expression, Kevin has become an icon in both the club culture and mainstream music.

Emerging from New York City’s vibrant underground scene, Kevin’s music blends the infectious energy of house, disco, and pop with empowering messages of inclusivity, self-love, and liberation. His most recent single, “Beautiful,” is a testament to his legacy, becoming an anthem for Pride celebrations worldwide. Kevin’s collaborations with industry legends like DJ Gomi have led to timeless tracks that have graced dance floors and airwaves alike.

In 1996, Kevin released the underground hit “Cunty,” a track that became a staple in the ballroom scene and continues to energize dance floors with its bold and infectious beat. The song’s influence was further solidified when Beyoncé sampled it on her 2022 track “Pure/Honey” from the album Renaissance. Kevin expressed his gratitude for the recognition, stating, “It’s like someone heard me.” The track serves as a love letter to the Black queer community, honoring the pioneers who originated the culture.

Papi Juice is an art collective that aims to affirm and celebrate the lives of queer and trans people of color. Structured around curated events, Papi Juice lives at the intersection of art, music, fashion, and nightlife. Since its inception in 2013, the collective has been changing the face of nightlife in New York City and beyond with intentional platforms for artists of color including panels, artist residencies, performances, and, of course, fabled DJ sets and all night parties. Papi Juice has featured artists and DJs such as: Addison Rae, Frank Ocean, Helado Negro, Juliana Huxtable, Kelsey Lu, MikeQ, and Yaeji. Papi Juice has also partnered with institutions such as the Brooklyn Museum, Creative Time, Lincoln Center, MoMA PS1, Planned Parenthood, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and partners like A24, Ace Hotel, Calvin Klein, Coach, HBO, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Resident Advisor.
