Brooklyn’s favorite nightlife stars throw eight of their signature parties, with special guest Maya Margarita.
An electronic heartbeat pumps to fill the ever-expanding channels of her sound, the air inhaled is warm with joy, closed eyes see the color of the dancing beat–you can’t help but move, you’re in the hands of Maya Margarita. Originally from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Maya Margarita is a multi-disciplinary artist exploring the depths of the human experience through shared emotional connection. Though her sonic identity will faithfully feature unprecedented blends, c*nt percussion and the sounds of her culture, the signature in her sets lies in the feeling she evokes.
Maya Margarita opened for Beyoncé under the full moon at the Renaissance World Tour on August 1st, 2023 and was featured in Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé. She’s mounted her own one-woman variety show spectacular, “Stupid, But Cute, But Sexy And A Little Mysterious,” which in its second installment would collaborate with Dweller Electronics as part of their 5th lineup. Other performance highlights include acting as MC at Madison Square Garden and The Guggenheim Museum, Apple Music NYE Mix 2023, as well as DJ sets at The Whitney, ICA Boston, Honcho Campout, and around the world. Assume nothing and expect the unexpected with the limitless miss, the br0nz3_g0dd3ss herself: Maya Margarita.
