Creative Break: Children’s Museum of the Arts
Projects will include a nature rubbing scavenger hunt, where visitors will be able to match textures found within the park to a booklet created by CMA Artist-Educator Ciana Malchione. Visitors are also invited to create their own percussive instrument with CMA Artist-Educator Tati Nguyen, then learn how to construct and play their own song. “Work with Frank Traynor to create an entirely new art material — sculptable and edible fish food clay. Visitors will use the clay to make miniature sculptures that can be tossed into a nearby waterway to be consumed by local wildlife“
The Children’s Museum of the Arts unites children and artists to create and share ambitious works of arts with their communities and the world.
