About the Role

Team Member FOH

The Team Member is an hourly team member who delivers thorough and thoughtful hospitality and service at Little Island. They nurture positive team and guest interactions while exceeding client expectations. A Team Member must have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a knowledgeable passion for food and beverage service. The ability to interact with staff, clients, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, efficient, and reliable is crucial to this role. The ideal candidate exudes a high level of professionalism and hospitality expertise.

Venue Manager

The Venue Manager is directly responsible for ensuring excellent service and hospitality for guests during each event and reports into and works with the General Manager.


The Receiver is responsible for the daily receiving operations which include the receiving of all deliveries, quality control, and storage organization within the guidelines and standards set for receiving and food storage.
